Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Some items may require up to 10 business days for sourcing. You will be notified by email if additional time is needed.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import fees imposed by the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not prepay or advance any customs fees. If a package is refused, abandoned, or seized due to non-payment of duties, no refund will be issued.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Once handed to the carrier, transit status is beyond our control. For in-transit issues, please contact the carrier directly.
