Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of the date you or a designated third party physically receives the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email) sent to [[email protected]] before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
