These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through this website, operated by MXC Group. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are displayed in the selected currency and exclude customs duties and import fees, which are the buyer's sole responsibility.

3. Stock Availability

Product availability is updated in real time. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. We will notify you within 48 hours and offer: (a) a full refund, or (b) the option to wait for restocking.

4. Order Confirmation

A binding purchase contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or unavailability, with a full refund issued promptly.

5. Authenticity

All products are sourced through verified procurement channels. If you have authenticity concerns, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MXC Group's liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), seated in Shenzhen.

For EU/EEA customers: your mandatory statutory consumer rights under EU law are not limited by this clause.
